Reference is made to the Announcements in relation to the Offer.

The Board of Directors of ECMLFG wish to announce that the Company has today received a press notice from Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) today, 1 July 2016 ("Press Notice").

In accordance with Section 26(1) of the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, 2010, the detailed disclosure of the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 1 July 2016 is set out in the Appendix I of the Press Notice.
