KUALA LUMPUR: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS), ECM Libra Financial Group Bhd and Perak Corporation Bhd today proposed dividends for their financial year ended Dec 31, 2008, respectively.

CMS proposed a first and final gross dividend of five sen per share, while ECM Libra proposed a final single tier dividend of two sen per share. Meanwhile, Perak Corp proposed a first and final gross dividend of 2.5 sen per share.
