HONG KONG: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has invited four chief executive officers of companies to accompany him during a meeting with Hong Kong fund managers and captains of industry tomorrow.

Najib, who will be heading a high-powered government delegation to Hong Kong to promote Malaysia as an investment hub, will arrive here today.

He will be accompanied by, among others, Second Finance Minister Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, Bank Negara Assistant Governor Lillian Leong Bee Lian, Securities Commission executive director (issues and investment) Datuk Kris Azman Abdullah and Khazanah Nasional Bhd managing director Datuk Azman Mokhtar.

KALIMULLAH: The companies of the four CEOs are a showcase of outstanding success.

ECM Libra Avenue Bhd executive chairman and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Kalimullah Hassan said the four CEOs are Genting Bhd chairman Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, AirAsia chief executive officer Datuk Tony Fernandes, Boustead Holdings Group managing director Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin and Sapura Group president and chief executive Datuk Seri Shahril Shamsuddin.

"Their companies are a showcase of outstanding success. This, probably, is one of the reasons why they were chosen to accompany the Deputy Prime Minister in his discussion with the fund managers," Kalimullah said.

ECM Libra and Credit Suisse are the organisers of the three-day investment road show.
