| The Board of Directors of ECMLG wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Company to be authorised to purchase its own shares up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of ECMLG (“Proposed Share Buy-Back”) at the forthcoming 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be notified later.
