Remarks :
We refer to the Company's announcements dated 17 October 2019 and 3 December 2019 in relation to the proposed change of the Company's name.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 6 December 2019 received the Notice of Registration of New Name dated 5 December 2019 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad to ECM Libra Group Berhad with effect from 5 December 2019.

This announcement is dated 6 December 2019.
