On behalf of the Board of Directors of ECMLFG, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for the additional listing of and quotation for the new ordinary shares of ECMLFG on the Main Market of Bursa Securities that is to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisitions was submitted on 7 August 2017.
