Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 27 August 2014 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, ECM Libra Capital Markets Sdn Bhd ("ECMLCM"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of ECMLCM has convened the Final Meeting on 3 August 2017 to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up of ECMLCM.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of ECMLCM has been lodged on 4 August 2017 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months from 4 August 2017, ECMLCM will be dissolved.
