Reference is made to the announcements on 4 May 2017 and 21 June 2017 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ECMLFG, CIMB wishes to announce that the valuation reports for the real estate properties under the Proposed Acquisitions and Proposed Disposals have been submitted to Bursa Securities pursuant to paragraph 10.04 of the Listing Requirements today.

The application for the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities is expected to be made in August 2017.
