Pursuant to paragraph 14.08 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Mr Lim Kian Onn, a Director of the Company, has given notice of his intention to deal in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period ("Notification").

The Notification was given due to the impending acquisition of 74,194,973 ordinary shares of RM0.12 each in ECMLFG ("ECM Libra Shares") by Truesource Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plato Capital Limited ("Plato") ("Acquisition"). The Acquisition is expected to complete during the Close Period and upon completion, Mr Lim Kian Onn would have deemed interest over the 74,194,973 ECM Libra Shares by virtue of his shareholding in Plato, pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965.

Mr Lim Kian Onn's current shareholdings in ECMLFG are as follows:
