Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 27 August 2014 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries, ECM Libra Securities Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd and ECM Libra Securities Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd (collectively referred to as "Dormant Subsidiaries"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of the Dormant Subsidiaries has convened the Final Meeting on 7 October 2015 to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up of the Dormant Subsidiaries.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of the Dormant Subsidiaries has been lodged on 8 October 2015 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months from 8 October 2015, the Dormant Subsidiaries will be dissolved.
