Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 9 October 2014 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, ECML Ltd, ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of ECML Ltd has convened the Final Meeting on 30 July 2015 to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up of ECML Ltd.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of ECML Ltd has been lodged on 31 July 2015 with the Labuan Financial Services Authority ("LFSA") and ECML Ltd shall be dissolved effective from 29 October 2015 as per letter of LFSA dated 31 July 2015.
