ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be seeking the approval of its shareholders for the proposed renewal of authority for the Company to buy-back its own shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back") at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

A statement to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the 2015 Annual Report in due course.
