ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") wishes to inform that it has commenced members' voluntary winding-up of ECM Libra Securities Sdn Bhd ("ECMLS"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of ECMLFG, pursuant to Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965 on 20 November 2014.

Mr Lim Tian Huat of Messrs Rodgers Reidy & Co. (formerly known as Messrs Lim Tian Huat & Co.), K-3A-09, No. 2, Jalan Solaris, Solaris Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, has been appointed as Liquidator of ECMLS.

The members' voluntary winding-up of ECMLS will not have material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of ECMLFG Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2015.
