ECMLFG wishes to announce that it will be seeking shareholders' approval for the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company at its forthcoming 8th annual general meeting to be convened. The proposed amendments are to align the Company's Articles of Association with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The details of the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company will be incorporated in the Company's 2013 Annual Report which will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
