ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") wishes to inform that it has commenced member's voluntary winding-up of the following dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries pursuant to Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965 on 13 January 2012:-

1. ECM Libra Securities Nominees Sdn Bhd ("ECMLN");

2. ACRB Capital Sdn Bhd ("ACRBCap"); and

3. Avenue Services Sdn Bhd ("AVSB").

Mr Lim Tian Huat (NRIC No. 541128-04-5235) of Messrs Lim Tian Huat & Co., K-3A-09, No. 2, Jalan Solaris, Solaris Mont' Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, has been appointed as Liquidator of ECMLN, ACRBCap and AVSB.

The members' voluntary winding-up of ECMLN, ACRBCap and AVSB will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of ECMLFG Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2012.
