Remark :
Subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting, the directors are recommending a
final dividend by way of distributing cash and share dividend equivalent to 4.25 sen per ordinary share, representing
a dividend payout ratio equivalent to 53% of the net profit for the year. In June 2010, the Group has paid an interim
single tier cash dividend of 2.3 sen per ordinary share.
Based on the Company's share price of 78 sen as at 31 January 2011, the aggregate dividend yield for the year was 8.4%.
