ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad (formerly known as ECM Libra Avenue Berhad) ["ECMLFG"] wishes to inform that it has commenced members’ voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, ECM Libra Securities Limited ("ECMLS") on 29 August 2008.

The members' voluntary winding-up of ECMLS will not have any impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the ECMLFG Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2009.
