On behalf of the Board of Directors of ELAB, ECM Libra Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the approval of the shareholders of ELAB at an Extraordinary General Meeting, for the Company to be authorised to purchase on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, such number of ordinary shares in ELAB representing up to ten per centum (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company subject to the prevailing laws and relevant regulations, rules and guidelines as may be issued by the relevant authorities.
