Mr. Jeyaratnam is a seasoned merchant banking veteran with 20 years experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the ECM Libra Avenue team. He has been actively involved in various high profile assignments that include public flotation, merger and acquisitions, capital raising, corporate restructuring, privatization and cross-border transactions.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Jeyaratnam was formerly the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad from 2003 to 2006, and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Merchant Bank from 2001 to 2003. In both organizations, he exercised overall control over the respective institutions, and was instrumental in the development of both franchises.
