PETALING JAYA: ECM Libra Financial Group Bhd has appointed Lim Boon Soon the new chief executive officer of ECM Libra Investment Bank Bhd.

Before his current appointment, Lim was the group managing director/CEO of Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd and previously served as ECM Libra Group’s chief operating officer.
