ECM Libra Financial Group Bhd, a Malaysian brokerage and corporate finance group, rose the most in more than six months in Kuala Lumpur trading after saying third-quarter net income more than tripled from a year earlier.

The stock surged 7.1 per cent to 67.5 sen at 9:02 a.m. local time, set for the steepest advance since May 26.
