ECM Libra Avenue Securities Sdn
Bhd (ECMLAV) is proposing a change of name to ECM Libra Financial
Group Bhd. It said the proposal is to better reflect the company as
the holding company of a group of integrated financial services provider.
ECMLAV is also proposing to amend its articles of association. The
proposals are subject to approvals of its shareholders and the relevant
regulators.
