| Further to the announcement dated 8 May 2023, the Board of Directors of ECMLG wishes to announce the completion of disposal of all the 24,000,000 ordinary shares ECMLG’s 30.0%-owned associate company,
Positive Carry Sdn Bhd owned in TYK Capital Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201101025265 (953401-V)) (“TYK”) pursuant to the terms of the sale and purchase agreement dated 5 May 2023. Following this completion, ECMLG no longer has an effective equity interest in TYK.
