Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 8 August 2019, 22 August 2019, 4 November 2019, 5 November 2019, 3 December 2019, 16 December 2019 and 16 March 2020 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

As announced on 16 March 2020, the Payment Period was extended by 90 days to 15 June 2020.

Further to the above, Mercury Securities, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that the parties to the SPA have on 12 June 2020 agreed to extend the Payment Period by an additional 90 days commencing from 16 June 2020.
