ECMLFG wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed adoption of the new Constitution of the Company at its forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting ("14th AGM") to be convened on a date to be announced later.

The proposed new Constitution will be despatched to shareholders of the Company together with the Noticeof 14th AGM of the Company in due course.
