Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 28 September 2016 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, ECM Libra Capital Sdn Bhd ("ECMLC"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of ECMLC has convened the Final Meeting on 7 September 2018 to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up of ECMLC.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of ECMLC has been lodged on 12 September 2018 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months from 12 September 2018, ECMLC will be dissolved.
