The Board of Directors of ECMLFG wishes to announce the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary namely ECML Hotels Sdn Bhd ("ECML Hotels") on 23 June 2017 with issued and paid-up share capital of RM10 comprising 10 ordinary shares.

The incorporation of ECML Hotels is not expected to have any material effect on ECMLFG Group's earnings or net asset for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.

None of the Directors and major shareholders of the Company has any interest in the incorporation, save for their interests arising by way of their shareholdings, via the Company.
