Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 28 September 2016 in connection with the member's voluntary liquidation of ECM Libra Investments Limited ("ECMLIL"), its wholly-owned dormant subsidiary incorporated in British Virgin Islands ("BVI"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that on 28 November 2016, ECMLIL has received the Certificate of Dissolution issued by the Registrar of Corporate Affairs of BVI certifying that ECMLIL has been dissolved on 7 November 2016.
