ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") wishes to inform that it has commenced member's voluntary winding-up/liquidation of the following dormant/inactive wholly-owned subsidiaries of ECMLFG on 28 September 2016:

1. Pursuant to Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965

   (i) ECM Libra Capital Sdn Bhd ("ECMLC").

   (ii) ECM Libra Holdings Limited ("ECMLH").

2. Pursuant to the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004

   (i) ECM Libra Investments Limited ("ECMLIL"), Incorporated in British Virgin Islands.

Lim Tian Huat, c/o Messrs Rodgers Reidy & Co., K-3A-09, No. 2, Jalan Solaris, Solaris Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, has been appointed liquidator of ECMLC and ECMLH.

Both Kwok Siu Man and Tam Wai Yip of 31/F., 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of ECMLIL.

The member's voluntary winding-up/liquidation of ECMLC, ECMLH and ECMLIL will not have material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of ECMLFG Group for the financial period ending 31 December 2016.
