Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 20 November 2014 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, ECM Libra Securities Sdn Bhd ("ECMLS"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of ECMLS has convened the Final Meeting on 19 September 2016 to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up of ECMLS.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of ECMLS has been lodged on 20 September 2016 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months from 20 September 2016, ECMLS will be dissolved.
