The Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to change the financial year end of the Company from 31 January to 31 December.

Thus, the next set of audited financial statements will be made up from 1 February 2016 to 31 December 2016 covering a period of 11 months.

Thereafter, the financial year end of the Company shall be on 31 December for each subsequent year.
