The board of directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for suspension in the trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 24 February 2016.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for suspension of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending a material announcement to be released by the Company.
