On behalf of the Board of Directors of ECMLFG, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 August 2015 filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya to obtain a Court order to confirm the Proposed Capital Reduction pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965.
