ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") wishes to inform that it has commenced members' voluntary winding-up of the following dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries pursuant to Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965 on 27 August 2014:

1. ECM Libra Securities Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd;

2. ECM Libra Securities Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd; and

3. ECM Libra Capital Markets Sdn Bhd.

(collectively known as "Dormant Subsidiaries")

Mr Lim Tian Huat of Messrs Rodgers Reidy & Co. (formerly known as Messrs Lim Tian Huat & Co.), K-3A-09, No. 2, Jalan Solaris, Solaris Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, has been appointed as Liquidator of the Dormant Subsidiaries.

The members' voluntary winding-up of the Dormant Subsidiaries will not have material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of ECMLFG Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2015.
