Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of ECMLFG wishes to announce that the Company has offered share options to four non-executive directors under the ESOS and the details of which are as set out below:
(a) Date of offer : 4 June 2014
(b) Exercise price of options offered : RM1.00 per share
(c) Number of options offered : 605,600
(d) Closing market price of ECMLFG shares : RM1.03
on the date of the offer

The offer of share options to the four non-executive directors were approved by the shareholders at the 9th Annual General Meeting of
