Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 13 January 2012 in connection with the member's voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries, Avenue Services Sdn Bhd ("AVSB") and ACRB Capital Sdn Bhd ("ACRBCap"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of AVSB and ACRBCap has convened the Final Meeting on 29 July 2013 to conclude the member's voluntary winding-up of AVSB and ACRBCap.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of AVSB and ACRBCap has been lodged on 29 July 2013 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months from 29 July 2013, AVSB and ACRBCap will be dissolved.
