The Board of Directors of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan.

On the basis of the present continuing business operations of its wholly-owned asset management company, the regularisation plan is not expected to result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the Company. Any development on the regularisation plan will be announced accordingly.

The Company has approximately nine (9) months to submit its regularisation plan to the authorities for approval.

This announcement is dated 1 March 2013.
