We refer to the announcement dated 14 December 2012 made in relation to the Proposals.

The Board of Directors of ECMLFG wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya had, on 7 February 2013, granted an order confirming the Proposed Capital Repayment pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("Court Order").

The sealed copy of the Court Order is in the process of being extracted. Thereafter, an office copy of the Court Order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia for the Proposed Capital Repayment to take effect.

The entitlement and payment dates of the Proposed Capital Repayment, Proposed Share Split and Proposed Share Consolidation will be announced in due course.
