The Company wishes to announce that the 7th AGM of the Company will be held at Ground Floor, East Wing, Bangunan ECM Libra, 8 Jalan Damansara Endah,Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 31 July 2012 at 10.30 a.m. in order to approve the motions set out in the notice of meeting enclosed herewith.
