The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has approved the Company's request for suspension in the trading of its securities from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 15 June 2012.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pending a material announcement to be released by the Company.
