The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has on 7 June 2012 received notification from Bank Negara Malaysia that the Minister of Finance has granted approval for the Proposals under the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, 1989.

The terms and conditions of the Proposals will be announced upon the execution of definitive agreement(s) by the Company.
