Further to the announcement of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECMLFG") dated 15 April 2011 in connection with the members' voluntary winding-up of its dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries, ECM Libra Securities Portfolio Management Sdn Bhd ("ECMLSPM") and Ultimate Acres Sdn Bhd ("UASB"), ECMLFG wishes to inform that the Liquidator of ECMLSPM and UASB had convened the Final Meeting on 29 March 2012 to conclude the members' voluntary winding-up of ECMLSPM and UASB.

A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting of ECMLSPM and UASB has been lodged on 30 March 2012 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months from 30 March 2012, ECMLSPM and UASB will be dissolved.
