ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECM") had, on 28 April 2011, announced the distribution of a share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every thirty-three (33) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held, fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded, based on the entitlement date of 30 May 2011 ("Share Dividend"). ECM wishes to announce that a total of 24,366,154 treasury shares had been distributed and credited into the respective CDS accounts of the entitled depositors today, 7 June 2011.
