ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECM") had, on 23 April 2010, announced the distribution of a share dividend on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every fifty-two (52) oridnary shares of RM1.00 each held, fractions of treasury shares to be disregarded, based on the entitlement date of 25 May 2010 ("Share Dividend").

ECM wishes to announce that a total of 15,492,584 treasury shares had been distributed and credited into the respective CDS accounts of the entitled depositors today, 7 June 2010.
