We refer to the announcements dated 23 November 2023, 30 November 2023, 5 January 2024 and 9 January 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Interpac wishes to announce that the time period to complete the implementation of the Private Placement has lapsed on 28 May 2024 and accordingly, the Private Placement is deemed completed today.
