The Company wishes to announce that its dormant indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Piuco Entertainment Venture (M) Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 and formed part of the Avenue Group prior to the merger, had been put into voluntary winding-up and dissolved on 26 January 2008.
