Further to the announcement dated 4 February 2008, the Company is pleased to announce that ECM Libra Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as ECM Libra Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd) has been granted a licence to carry on merchant banking business with effect from 6 February 2008 by the Minister of Finance pursuant to Section 6(4) of the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989.
