(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcements dated 8 September 2023 and 14 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of DB2SB.)
Reference is made to ECMLG's announcements dated 8 September 2023 and 14 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of DB2SB. The Board of Directors of ECMLG wishes to announce that the parties to the SSA had on 6 November 2023 mutually agreed to extend the completion of the Proposed Acquisition of DB2SB for an additional time period of 14 days and the aforementioned completion shall take place on or prior to 20 November 2023.
