ECM Libra Avenue Berhad ("ECM Libra Avenue") wishes to announce that the ECM Libra Avenue Group has today launched a Voluntary Separation Scheme ("VSS" or "Scheme") for its employees as part of the rationalization exercise to lower cost and improve operating efficiency. The Scheme is strictly on a voluntary basis at the option of employees.
The VSS is targeted to reduce the workforce by about 23% and is expected to be completed on 31 October 2006.
