With reference to the announcement dated 18 May 2006 on the Merger wherein it was announced that the Securities Commission (Market Supervision Division) has approved the change in shareholder for ECM Libra Securities Sdn Bhd ("ECMLS") to ECM subject to, inter alia, Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd ("Avenue") and ECMLS merging their stockbroking businesses, the Company wishes to announce that pursuant to an order granted by the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, the vesting of the entire business operation of ECMLS to Avenue took effect from 25 September 2006.
